Okay, so you got your arses whooped.

Well, show that we need to buck up on stamina and fighting spirit.

You guys didn't lose because you were a complete level lower than the opponents were, we just got lazy halfway, no more pack in our punches. And no matter what position you play, remember that every action you do or do not do, adds to the defensive and attacking efforts of the team. Every run you make back, and each calculated move you push forward is the difference between a goal prevented, and a goal created.

And in any game, never give up, always always always give your all.

If not for yourself, then your team mate next to you, for the guy upfront to gain opportunity to shoot, for the midfielder to open space and spread the ball, for the defender to cover, for the keeper to be protected.

Good lesson in humbling all of us, and I must re-emphasise, always push yourselves, if you lose the ball, get it back, because if you don't, it's not just you who loses out, but your team mates as well. Football is not about you in the team, but the team in you. Look out for each other, like you would look out for a brother or sister, afterall, we are brothers/sisters from different mothers.
